Lyft and Animal Planet Promoted Puppy Bowl in February

Lyft partnered with Animal Planet ahead of the Puppy Bowl on February 9 to promote pet adoptions and offer discounted Pet Rides. From February 2 to February 9, riders could use the code PUPPYBOWL to receive 50% off two Pet Rides, with discounts capped at $20 per ride. This initiative aimed to support the Puppy Bowl’s mission of encouraging pet adoption by allowing users to travel to and from animal shelters with newly adopted or fostered pets. Additionally, in New Orleans during Super Bowl and Puppy Bowl week, some riders were surprised with a specially decorated Pupmobile, complete with Puppy Bowl-themed swag like dog bandanas and toys.

Lyft's Pet Rides feature, enabled users to connect with drivers who were comfortable transporting pets. For a flat fee of $4 plus tax, riders could ensure their journey accommodated their furry companions.
