Just Salad is helping work towards a more sustainable and equitable food system with the launch of its new Rethink Food Bowl.
Just Salad's new Rethink Food Bowl was created in partnership with Rethink Food, a chef-led nonprofit organization whose goal is building a more sustainable and equitable food system. Available now through July 31st, the new Rethink Food Bowl is a warm salad bowl that pairs a base of supergreens with Lundberg basmati rice, tender braised chicken, roasted broccoli, crumbled feta, pickled red cabbage, and a lemon basil vinaigrette dressing. When you order one of the new Rethink Food Bowls, 10% of proceeds, as well as round-up-at-the-register donations from all restaurant orders, will be donated to Rethink Food. As Rethink Food Founder and CEO Matt Jozwiak, says of the new partnership, “The support from Just Salad and its guests helps Rethink Food continue getting meals where they’re needed most, while investing in the local restaurants and food businesses that are essential to a stronger food system.”
