Sydney-based photographer Gavriel Maynard makes his C-Heads debut with this punky editorial starring Sandra from Maverick model management.
Punk is so much more than a musical genre. It's a movement; a culture. To be punk dictates your political stance, ideologies and fashion sense. It means being anti-establishment, non-conformist and generally rebellious. It means wearing Doc Martens and copious amounts of black eyeliner. It means tattoos and piercings.
Sandra perfectly embodies the punk attitude in this editorial. Her platinum locks have been styled in a choppy mullet, courtesy of Kyye Reed, and her eyes have been rimmed with an intimidating amount of black by makeup artist Giorgia Skye.
