Living a gluten-free lifestyle is becoming easier as people create more recipes such as these cranberry-filled pumpkin chips. Healthy and homemade, the pumpkin chips were created with the Recipe Redux Challenge in mind, which happens to be the the first and only recipe challenge founded by registered dietitians. Clearly, then, the pumpkin chips are incredibly beneficial.
With a focus on dehydration, the cranberry pumpkin chips were inspired by Way Better Snacks' own version. Of course, being a DIY project, it is much cheaper and arguably healthier since people are 100% aware of what they're putting in it. Of course, it takes an entire day to dehydrate them, so it's a test of patience. Yet it's a sacrifice many are willing to make.
