Gilded Multi-Million Dollar Trees

The Pro Aurum Christmas Tree is Made from 2,018 Golds Coins

The Pro Aurum Christmas tree has been unveiled as an extraordinarily opulent holiday decoration that is made from an unlikely material that will dazzle onlookers with its shine and brilliance.

The tree was made in cooperation with the Austrian mint and is being labeled the most expensive tree in Europe because it is crafted with the use of 2,018 Vienna Philharmonic gold coins. The tree is topped with a 20-ounce Philharmonic coin set within a golden star that rounds the decoration off with the price tag of $2.7 million.

The Pro Aurum Christmas tree stands three meters high and has been assembled completely by hand to ensure the utmost attention to detail. The tree will be showcased at the Pro Aurum Munich gold house, but only until December 15.
