Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts Unveils 'Mirrors of Hope'

The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has debuted a seasonal initiative, titled 'Mirrors of Hope.' Central to this festive activation are the installations of intricate Christmas trees across several of the company's properties — The Leela Palace New Delhi, The Leela Palace Jaipur, The Leela Palace Bengaluru, and The Leela Palace Udaipur. The trees were constructed using traditional Indian Lippan art techniques, which involve clay and mirror inlays.

The 'Mirrors of Hope' displays were created by female artisans from the Kutch region in collaboration with the Karigar Foundation. The project is framed as an integration of cultural heritage, sustainable design through material reuse and planned upcycling, and social impact via the support of artisan communities. Additional eco-conscious decorative installations made from repurposed materials are also featured at other hotels within the group's portfolio.
