Presto Launched a Useful Speech Recognition Tool for Restaurants

Presto, an American enterprise-grade restaurant technology company, has introduced 'Presto Voice,' a new speech recognition product that can be used to enable faster and more efficient order taking. Presto has designed the product for use in various restaurant environments, including drive-thrus, kiosks, server handhelds, line busters, and pay-at-table systems.

According to the company, the deployment of 'Presto Voice' can improve restaurant productivity threefold, as it has a proven accuracy of 95% when automating people's orders. The product utilizes "conversational AI" technology that adapts to different accents, environments, and noise levels to achieve such high accuracy levels.

“Ordering is a real friction point for both guests and staff, and Presto Voice both speeds this up and makes it more accurate and profitable,” said Rajat Suri, founder, and CEO of Presto.
