Futuristic Robotic Racing Vehicles

The Conceptual Polestar 1K Imagines Driverless Racing

The conceptual Polestar 1K is a vehicle design by Fabian Breës that imagines the near-future of racing cars and highlights what we could see on racetracks sooner than later. Characterized by its driverless design, the vehicle boasts a Speed Racer-like aesthetic that doesn't feature a cockpit but instead opts for a series of sensors and cameras throughout. This allows the vehicle to operate autonomously thanks to its artificial intelligence (AI) system that will keep track of the competition from all angles.

The conceptual Polestar 1K identifies how autonomous vehicles will transform not only the cars on city streets, but also the ones used in sport as we shift towards a future dominated by tech-powered transportation solutions.
