The Polestar # vehicle concept has been designed by Kang Sik Park (Bruce) for the Polestar Design Competition 2021 as a transportation solution for consumers seeking to enjoy more time vacationing. The vehicle would provide an autonomous driving functionality that would enable passengers to simply enter their choice of location to be whisked away at their leisure. The car would allow travelers to reach more far off locations that they might not otherwise be able to visit.
The Polestar # vehicle concept was explained further by Park who said, "I thought we, human have various personas to adapt ourselves to particular circumstances. Also, as we share our personas with others, we could develop ours and find new ones. For example, we could develop my knowledge persona with reading group and enjoy vacation persona with various trip programs. I defined this sharing process ” Pair – Sona “. Unfortunately, we had lost the chance to experience Pair-Sona due to COVID – 19. Therefore, i proposed Polestar # to restore our Pair-Sona experience and relationship between human and nature, human and human."
