The conceptual Polestar 'Adaptor' has been designed by Yi-Wei Chiu as an autonomous vehicle with comfort, style and agility in mind. The vehicle maintains a low-slung design that offers just enough space for a driver and a passenger to sit inside with their heads out the top. This is thanks to the topless construction, which encourages the driver to enjoy an open air experience when driving around.
The conceptual Polestar 'Adaptor' is imagined with Level 5 autonomy, which would free the driver from having to do any work, if desired. The sleek vehicle completely rethinks car design and would allow riders to enjoy hyper-fast speeds thanks to the low-level form. The open air construction allows for a more thrilling experience unlike conventional sports cars.
