Target is the Newest Brand to Take Advantage of the Current Pokemon Craze

As the Pokemon craze continues, brands are taking advantage of it and 'Target' has been one that has jumped on the bandwagon.

The retail company is known for its red-themed logo and retail spaces and the large red balls that are placed on the outside of their stores. The brand took advantage of those balls and painted them to resemble 'Poke Balls,' the object in the game that is used to catch and store Pokemon. The balls were decorated like this so that the company could create a special experience for their "biggest Pokemon fans."

By adapting to the Pokemon craze in a way that is inexpensive, Target has adeptly inserted itself into the current pop-culture phenomenon in a way that ensures its own visibility.
