Looking down from so high up may be freaky to some, but that isn't the case for airline captain and photographer Karim Nafatni, as you can see from his stunning Rooftop photography series of Dubai.
Addicted to heights, the Dubai-based photographer climbed to the top of the tallest skyscrapers he could find in the city -- some as high as 1,000 feet -- to get the shots he wanted of the bustling city and its sea of lights for his photography series.
The mesmerizing and vivid images show us how stunning the modern urban architecture of the city is and is able to also portray a sense of calm by escaping high above the chaotic city environment.
