Penn State is Debuting a Supplier Diversity Trade Fair

Penn State is set to host a Supplier Diversity Trade Fair for businesses located within the university or in its adjacent communities. Participants will have the chance to engage in one-on-one discussions with representatives from a diverse range of companies across several product categories, including administrative supplies, facilities management, food and beverage, IT hardware and software, professional services, scientific and research services, and travel and hospitality. Notably, attendees, which consist of students and members of the general public, will also be able to visit concession stands for purchases.

"This event serves as a bridge reinforcing the commitment to equal sourcing opportunities by connecting Penn State with diverse suppliers, said Chief Procurement Officer Duane Elmore. "Personalized questions for supplier administration, contracts, accounts payable and buyers are welcome at Central Procurement's 'Ask an Expert' booth."
