Mexican-Inspired Ramen Bowls

Bone Daddies' 'Pastor Ramen' Features Tajín

Bone Daddies introduced the 'Pastor Ramen,' a unique fusion of traditional ramen and Mexican-inspired flavors. The dish combined Bone Daddies’ 20+ hour pork bone broth with Tajín seasoning, known for its chili-lime flavor, and al pastor pork.

'Al pastor,' a "Central American cooking technique, involves marinating meat in spices and slow-roasting it on a spit; as such, the pork was marinated in a blend of spices and slow-roasted, enhancing the depth of flavor." The Pastor Ramen was served with pineapple pico, adding a sweet and tangy contrast. The dish also incorporated "elotes, a Mexican street food made of boiled or charred corn topped with herb mayonnaise, queso fresco, and herbs." To complement the ramen, Bone Daddies offered a 'Yuzu Margarita,' a mix of frozen Yuzu Margarita and Asahi Lager, served with a spicy rim.

This limited-edition collaboration, which was available until October 31, 2024, combined Mexican and Japanese flavors in a fresh ramen twist.
