JINYA Taps Gianluca Conte for a Collaborative Italian-Asian Dish

San Antonio’s JINYA Ramen Bar locations are serving up an exciting new twist on ramen with a limited-time creation from Gianluca Conte, also known as QCP or the “Pasta King" through his popular social media account.

The dish, named 'Ciao Ramen,' was made available at JINYA locations nationwide, bringing together the flavors of Italy and Japan in a unique fusion experience.

The ramen features a tomato purée broth infused with garlic, olive oil, and herbs, blended into a creamy chicken stock. It’s topped with tender sous-vide chicken, fresh spinach, juicy cherry tomatoes, drizzles of chili and basil oil, and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

The dish is priced at approximately $19 and will be sold for a short period at the brand's two locations.
