JINYA Ramen Bar is welcoming the start of September with two new chef specials: new Tangy Shrimp Cilantro Ramen and new Chicken Wings with Sweet Soy Glaze.
Following the success of its Ebi-Katsu Bun and Spicy Maze-Men dishes in June, JINYA Ramen Bar is unveiling two new dishes crafted by Chef Kazuya Takebe. The first of these dishes is the Tangy Shrimp Cilantro Ramen, which features a pork broth base that's infused with shrimp flavor. The ramen is then topped with shrimp tempura, mushrooms, cilantro, and a spicy sauce, along with a hint of lime and a sprinkle of Korean chili flake. On the other hand, the new Chicken Wings with Sweet Soy Glaze consists of tender chicken wings marinated in a sweet soy glaze and garnished with a sprinkle of white pepper and sesame seeds.
