Japanese Fried Chicken Ramens

JINYA Ramen Bar Celebrates Summer with Its New Karaage Chicken Ramen

Summer has arrived at JINYA Ramen Bar and the brand is marking the change of seasons with two exciting new limited-time offerings: Karaage Chicken Ramen and Garlic Shrimp Spring Rolls.

For those unfamiliar, Karaage Chicken is essentially a Japanese take on fried chicken that typically uses chicken thigh meat. For its new Karaage Chicken Ramen, JINYA Ramen Bar starts with a rich chicken broth base and then adds thin ramen noodles, green onions, spinach, seasoned egg, nori, and crispy chicken dressed with chili sauce on top. The ramen pairs perfectly with the new Garlic Shrimp Spring Rolls, which consists of minced garlic shrimp tucked inside fried spring roll wrappers.

In a press release for the new offerings, JINYA Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi says, "These summer specials are a celebration of the season and showcase the diverse flavors that our guests have come to expect from us."
