Instead of acting as rivals, fellow Mexican-style restaurants, Del Taco and Trejo’s Tacos, are combining their talents to give fans a delicious new menu option. The new Roasted Pork Al Pastor menu, which will be available from Del Taco locations nationwide, puts the spotlight on fire-roasted pork that's been marinated in a traditional spice blend of chipotle, onions, and garlic, all blended with sweet pineapple juice. The new Del Taco x Trejo’s Tacos menu allows you to enjoy the Roasted Pork Al Pastor in a variety of ways, including the Al Pastor Street Taco, Al Pastor Loaded Fries, Al Pastor Epic Burrito, and Al Pastor Cheddar Quesadilla.
