The IHOP Latte Lover's Pancake Menu is a new limited-time offering from the brand that looks to infuse classic breakfast foods with premium coffee flavors. The menu includes such offerings as Espresso Mocha Cream Pancakes, Salted Caramel Java Pancakes, Double Vanilla Pancakes and even Pumpkin Spice Pancakes. All of these new dishes are infused with some sort of flavor or ingredient that is directly correlated to coffee or reminiscent of a flavor that you'd usually come to expect from a coffee house.
