The Panasonic Media Flick function is a recent addition to the Vierra Remote app that allows for content to be shared between a cell phone and a television set with the sweep of a finger.
Using the app and a WiFi connection, users can transfer videos, photos and Internet pages from their Android-enabled device to a Panasonic TV. Pending approval from Apple, iOS users will soon be able to share content to their TV set using their iPhone or tablet as well.
The Vierra Remote app functions like a hi-tech remote control by connecting a phone to the television set. While the app already allowed for media sharing between devices, the Panasonic Media Flick function has made this process faster, easier and more intuitive.
