The Oakham Sun City blonde ale is the UK-based brewery's latest libation created with sustainability in the spotlight for beer enthusiasts alike to feel good about enjoying.

The brewery announced a new partnership with CUB UK and Electron Green to install a rooftop solar array on its facility in Peterborough, England which includes more than 1,000 photovoltaic panels. The Sun City beer is thus sustainably brewed with solar power and will make its debut next month with a 3.7% ABV for an easy drinking profile.

Mark Tetlow spoke on the Oakham Sun City blonde ale saying, "This is a huge step in making Oakham Ales more sustainable. We’re delighted to welcome the Electron Green team along to celebrate the installation’s completion by helping us brew Sun City, our first ‘Solar Blonde.’”
