The Nike Vapor 360 is equipped with the newest technology so that users don't have to spend hours breaking in a glove and feeling uncomfortable. Consumers can immediately buy and go play ball without having to spend time on fidgeting with the glove back and forth.

According to the senior designer for the project at Nike, "the strong and super-light flywire lacing system and high-frequency welded technology make the glove ultra responsive." This is part of the reason why it's ready to use right away. Leather is still used for the glove, but due to these adjustments the material is much more flexible.

Traditional leather gloves have been used for quite some time, so it will be interesting to see if the pros start using this design in the near future.
