Krispy Kreme's New Coffee Cup Design Illustrates the Brand's History

To give consumers a better look at the history of its brand, Krispy Kreme recently introduced new coffee cups that celebrate its origins, way back to 1937.

The retro-inspired takeaway cups designed by Device Creative Collaborative uses the standout red color that the brand is identified with to emphasize the band's heritage and its roots as more than just a creator of donuts. Although green is another color that is prevalent in the brand's packaging, these cups forgo the use of this color to attract greater attention to the informative blocks of text and graphics on the newly designed coffee cups.

The standout new coffee cups are primarily designed to draw attention to Krispy Kreme's coffee as a product, since it is first and foremost most well-known for its donuts.
