At the ISPO Munich sports fair, LYCRA showed off some of its newest innovations for activewear, sportswear and athleisure apparel, including its patent-pending MyFit fiber. According to LYCRA, the polymer is "engineered to deliver a customized fit experience by offering greater shape tolerance for a range of body types within a size." MyFit specifically addresses consumer needs related to fit, which has the potential to reduce returns, boost brand loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
Also at the event, LYCRA also showcased its FitSense technology and EcoMade fiber, its first-ever branded elastane made with a mix of virgin polymer and pre-consumer recycled materials, including fiber waste collected at the company's manufacturing sites.
