Headspace is now offering free mindfulness exercises to people in New York through a partnership with the Governor of New York. The mindfulness exercises can help people manage their stress, as New York is currently dealing with extensive problems associated with the outbreak of COVID-19. The mindfulness exercises consist of 10 audio tracks that can enhance sleep or help people meditate, and the tracks are available on YouTube and free to all.
The company also made a statement about the new content, From Buffalo to Long Island, Albany to the Lower East Side, this special NY collection of meditation, sleep, and movement exercises are here to support you through stressful and challenging times,”
