In celebration of National Mermaid Day, Los Angeles vegan bakeshop Karma Baker is launching a fun mermaid donut in collaboration with professional Mermaid Linden Wolbert, who is known as the "highest-paid mermaid in the world." As a mermaid-for-hire, Wolbert devotes her time to promoting ocean conservation initiatives and performing at special events around the world.

The special-edition mermaid donut is being produced in buttermilk and white chocolate, as well as chocolate and dark chocolate flavors, both of which are topped with sprinkles and a novelty mermaid tail decoration.
