Duck Donuts Created a Shark Assortment for Shark Week

Duck Donuts wanted to give fans something to sink their teeth into during Shark Week so it created the ultimate Shark Assortment.

Exclusively available from July 24th to 30th (Shark Week), the Shark Assortment featured a series of shark-themed confections. One of the donuts included was the Shark Attack, which featured blue vanilla icing with graham cracker crumbs, a sweet marshmallow drizzle, and a chewy Gummy Shark on top. Other donuts in the collection included the maple icing-topped Shark Bite and the Riptide Cinnamon Bun.

But it wasn't just Discovery's Shark Week that Duck Donuts' newest collection was inspired by. The brand also paid homage to its roots, as it began on the beaches of the Outer Banks. As Betsy Hamm, Duck Donuts CEO, explains, "We are thrilled to offer this refreshed, fun and playful assortment to guests featuring our classic beach vibe."
