Low-Calorie Mediterranean Fish Fillets

These Alaska Pollock Fillets are Coated in a Rich Marinade

Birds Eye, a company that specializes in ready-made meals, snacks, desserts, and frozen meat, now offers a Mediterranean fish fillet lunch and dinner option that's ideal for consumers who are trying to eat healthy and watch their calorie intake.

Each package comes with two Alaska pollock fillets, each of which is just 94 calories a piece. The fish is marinaded in a rich sauce that combines tomato and basil, bringing out the natural flavors of the Alaska pollock while providing just the right amount of seasoning.

To prepare the Mediterranean fish fillets, consumers can either bake them in the oven at 210°C for 35 minutes on the middle rack, or microwave them for about 11 minutes.
