Swedish furniture brand Blå Station works together with designer Johan Ansander on the new Max Easy chair, which is also known as the Maximum easy chair. The new iteration is a cushy upholstered version that retains the stocky silhouette with a rounded theme.
The chair is supported by thick legs that rest under the low seating complete with spring and molded foam for comfort. The silhouette is complete with fabric that stretches over the foam and is carefully stitched to retain the graphic shape of the seat. Johan Lindau, the CEO and design manager of Blå Station states, "Max is the natural evolution of Maximus. The easy-chair is a laid-back little individual with a distinct personality that is soft and accommodating."
