Rentable Martian Dwellings

In 2020, AI SpaceFactory Will Be Renting Out a 3D-Printed Eco Home

TERA is a luxurious yet sustainable Martian dwelling that's made from durable 3D-printed biopolymer basalt composite and its developer, AI SpaceFactory, is currently crowdfunding for an eco-resort of the future. With TERA, AI SpaceFactory—the creator of the NASA-award-winning Mars habitat MARSHA—hopes to help people "experience the future of living."

The 3D-printed is set to sit on a plot of land just over an hour by train from NYC, providing a peaceful space for people to appreciate what life on another planet may be like. As of March 2020, AI SpaceFactory plans for TERA to be available for nightly stays. Early supporters of the crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo have the chance to snap up discounted stays at the otherworldly sustainable dwelling, which boasts an innovative design that "brings space technology back to Earth."
