Festive Workplace Cuisine Competitions

Trend Hunter's Bake-Off Began with a Marshmallow Milkshake

The first episode of Trend Hunter’s Christmas No-Bake Bake-Off involved the creation of a toasted marshmallow milkshake. The series’ enthusiastic host and master chef Jaime Neely presented a festive hat where each contestant drew their no-bake recipe challenge. The first contestant, Sarah Dos Santos, was assigned the sweet campfire drink.

By mixing vanilla ice cream, milk, marshmallows and Oreos for an added flavor bonus, Sarah blended the sugary concoction together. Since there were no stoves or campfires for her to toast the marshmallows, she improvised using a lighter. The toasted marshmallow shake should bring chef Jaime a sweet feeling of nostalgia but until the two following contestants create their no-bake desserts, the winning recipe will have to remain a secret.

Be sure to stay tuned for the next episode of Trend Hunter’s Christmas No-Bake Bake-Off, where Mesel Isaac attempts to recreate crunchy Christmas lollipops.
