The Maple Guild recently launched its Organic Maple Vinegar, a unique premium condiment made from naturally fermented sap from Vermont Maple trees. The vinegar can be used in similar ways to balsamic vinegar, such as in a salad dressing, where its sweeter and less sharp flavor can be appreciated.
