Fermented foods are continuing to rise in popularity as consumers seek out beneficial ways to boost their health, which is seeing new varieties like these Vadasz fermented condiments be introduced. The products are being launched in the UK in two varieties including Raw Kimchi and Raw Garlic & Dil Sauerkraut, which are both natural fermented.
