The Magarigawa Club Clubhouse is a Motorsport Hospitality Venue

— December 11, 2025 — Art & Design
The Magarigawa Club Clubhouse is a motorsport hospitality venue designed by Joyce Wang Studio and located in a forested hillside area of Chiba, Japan, that supports high-performance driving and leisure. The two-story building incorporates a sequence of spaces that relate to the psychological arc of driving and recovery. The ground level includes a lounge, event spaces, and informal seating next to large glazed façades that frame views of the surrounding trees. An infinity pool sits adjacent to the main volume and overlooks the landscape. Internal circulation connects the hospitality areas to outdoor terraces and viewing points.

The upper level contains guest amenities, private lounges, and a terrace that opens toward the forest canopy. The structure uses a mix of concrete, metal framing, and glass to balance solid performance with visual lightness. The design positions the clubhouse as both a gathering point for drivers and a retreat that integrates with the natural site.
