Red Lobster is Serving Lobster Truffle Mac & Cheese for Lobsterfest

Exclusively for Lobsterfest this year, Red Lobster will be serving a decadent new menu item—Lobster Truffle Mac & Cheese.

Red Lobster's "next-level mac and cheese," as it is being called, features Maine and langostino lobster with cavatappi pasta in an indulgently cheesy truffle lobster cream. The entire dish is topped with house-made toasted Parmesan panko crumbs, offering an elevated version of a classic comfort food that has become a weeknight staple for many pasta lovers.

Some of the other mouthwatering new eats that can be enjoyed as part of Lobsterfest at Red Lobster include the Dueling Lobster Tails and the Stuffed Tilapia with Langostino Lobster. The new Lobsterfest menu additions also include refreshments such as the Topical White Sangria and the Lobster Lover’s Punch.
