Panera Bread Reintroduces Two Seasonal Seafood Offerings for Summer

Panera Bread is bringing back two fan-favorite seasonal seafood offerings this summer — the popular Lobster Roll and the Lobster Mac & Cheese. These dishes will be available in select Northeast locations.

The Lobster Mac & Cheese combines the chain's signature Vermont white cheddar pasta with chunks of buttered lobster meat and crispy Panko breadcrumbs. The Lobster Roll, on the other hand, features fresh knuckle and claw meat dressed in a lemon-tarragon mayonnaise served on a traditional New England-style bun.

The seasonal seafood offerings are listed as premium items on the chain's menu, and as such, the dishes carry higher price points than Panera's typical fare. The timing of this launch aligns perfectly with summer tourism patterns and the traditional start of New England's lobster season.
