Twin Peaks Restaurants Just Added a New Lobster Roll B.L.T.

Twin Peaks Restaurants is helping consumers celebrate the Lenten season with the debut of three new tasty seafood options, including the crave-worthy Lobster Roll B.L.T.

Perfect for those looking to swap meat for fish this month, the new seafood menu was specially crafted by Twin Peaks Executive Chef Alex Sadowsky. The first of the new dish is a creamy Lobster Mac N’ Cheese, which pairs tender lobster with a rich three cheese sauce. Another new dish is the Rainbow Trout entree, which features blackened rainbow trout paired with roasted tomato butter, grilled asparagus, and lemon garlic pilaf. Lastly, the new Lobster Roll B.L.T. is a decadent sandwich that pairs creamy lobster salad with savory bacon, mixed greens, tomato, red onion, celery, lemon mayo, and green onions, on a split butter-toasted King’s Hawaiian Roll.
