Twin Peaks Just Added New Quesabirria Tacos for Fall

Twin Peaks Restaurant is gearing up for fall by drawing inspiration from global flavors to offer guests exciting new dishes like the Quesabirria Tacos, Chicken Tikka Flatbread, and more.

The perfect way to welcome cooler templates, Twin Peaks' new fall menu has something for everyone. First up is the new Quesabirria Tacos, which consists of three crispy flour tortillas filled with a savory mix of smoked brisket, mozzarella, onions and cilantro. The tacos also also served with a side of birria broth for dipping, along with pickled red onions, grilled jalapeño, chips, fire-roasted salsa, and a wedge of lime.

Other globally inspired items on the menu this fall include the new Backyard BBQ Brisket Flatbread (made with the same smoked in house brisket), the Chicken Tikka Flatbread made with smoked chicken, two new wing sauces, and more.
