I’m not sure exactly how I feel about the Lise El Sayed ‘Tapistongs,’ but one thing I do know is that it’s a pretty adorable idea. Taking a great shag carpet and creating matching slippers is one thing; having cut-outs where those slippers originated is simply ingenious.
Ok, so I guess I’m kind of taken with the idea. I mean, nowadays carpets are somewhat unwanted, so they’re more rugs than anything else. With the Lise El Sayed ‘Tapistongs,’ you can walk around on carpet every second while at home.
