A new 218,000-square-foot Life Time athletic lifestyle resort recently opened its doors in Fort Worth, Texas, establishing itself as a new destination that it "set to transform the healthy living landscape."
The new lifestyle center appeals to members of all ages with a focus on healthy living, aging and entertainment. Inside the space, people will find studios for cycling, training sessions, yoga, Pilates, playing basketball or indoor swimming. As the center takes a holistic approach to health, the facility also features a fast-service LifeCafe restaurant, a full-service LifeSpa salon and spa, Kids Academy, plus a recovery and performance area dubbed 'The Zone.'
Outside of the walls of the athletic lifestyle resort, there's a large-scale tennis complex and a variety of aquatic spaces for swimming or recreation.
