Nowadays, it's possible to get in touch with Santa Claus in the North Pole by giving him a call, or sending him an email or even a tweet, but there is still a simple magic in sending handwritten letters to Santa.
The Elf on the Shelf recently launched its 'Letters to Santa' kit as a fun way to encourage kids to pen their wishes to Santa with old-fashioned pen and paper. The set includes a 32-page storybook, pages of Santa’s Special Paper and Mrs. Claus' Magic Press, which can be used with an oven to shrink one's letter down to a size that an elf can comfortably carry. Once prepared, Scout Elf delivers the message and then returns it so that it can be hung on the Christmas tree as a keepsake ornament.
