CLERHP Opened Larimar City & Resort in the Dominican Republic

Spanish engineering firm CLERHP has formally opened Larimar City & Resort, a new development in Punta Cana described as the Dominican Republic's inaugural smart city. The launch event was attended by numerous dignitaries from government, business, and the local community, with formal endorsements from both Spanish and Dominican officials. The ceremony was led by former Minister of Culture Milagros Germán.

The Larimar City & Resort project is characterized as a large-scale, forward-looking urban initiative that aims to merge technological integration, environmental considerations, and modern residential and resort amenities into a single planned environment.

Juan Andrés Romero, CEO of Larimar City & Resort and President of CLERHP, stated during the ceremony: Larimar was created to redefine how cities of the future are imagined. It is not only a real estate development; it is a strategic project that combines innovation, sustainability, and our company’s capability to lead large-scale international initiatives."
