Kerzner International Announces the SIRO Brickell in Miami

The SIRO Brickell in Miami is officially set to become the first U.S. outpost of Kerzner International’s disruptive fitness and recovery hospitality concept. Announced on September 30, 2025, the property will anchor the city’s vibrant Brickell district when it opens in 2030, marking a significant milestone for the SIRO brand.

The project will feature up to 180 guest rooms, 350 branded SIRO Homes, and a state-of-the-art Fitness and Recovery Lab. Designed as a destination where business, culture, and wellness converge, the Miami location follows recent global debuts in Dubai and Montenegro, with additional properties planned in Los Cabos, Riyadh, and Tokyo.

For Kerzner International, SIRO Brickell represents a strategic move into one of the world’s most competitive urban hospitality markets. By blending hotel accommodations with branded residences and wellness-driven amenities, Kerzner is positioning SIRO as both a lifestyle and real estate play.
