Workplace Health Precinct SFIDI Focuses on Wellbeing

SFIDI, a new workplace health precinct co-founded by Lorenz and Manola Grollo alongside Virgin Active Australia co-founder Ian Tuckey, has opened across two floors and 876 square meters of Melbourne's iconic Rialto towers. This move delivers an ambitious health and performance center exclusively for the building's tenants.

SFIDI's facility is designed around the premise that the health of the people inside a building is the most important investment a workplace can make. The business offers cutting-edge training equipment from Technogym, a 16-bed reformer studio, and advanced recovery technologies including an infrared sauna that emits three times more full-spectrum light than comparable models, a Zerobody dry float system, a dry cryotherapy bed, and an ARRC LED Bed for full-body light therapy.

Every member of the workplace health precinct begins with a personalized assessment through the Technogym Checkup Station, which evaluates physical and cognitive parameters through six science-backed tests.
