BDMS Unveils the High-End WellEra Bangkok

BDMS, one of Asia-Pacific's leading healthcare providers, has unveiled WellEra Bangkok — an approximately $865 million wellness-integrated development in the city's Lumpini district.

WellEra Bangkok integrates medical expertise, branded residences, hospitality, and lifestyle within a single ecosystem. Scheduled to open in 2030, this project embodies what the company calls the 'DNA of World Well-Living.' The concept translates its decades of clinical experience in preventive and personalized medicine into a built environment where the home itself becomes a foundation for health. The development features four interconnected components, including the BDMS Wellness Clinic, the Capella Residences Bangkok at WellEra, an Urban Wellness Retreat, and lifestyle retail. All of these amenities are designed to support prevention, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

Capella Hotel Group serves as the residential partner, introducing Thailand's first Capella Residences, while the entire complex is being designed to achieve WELL Platinum, LEED Gold, and Fitwel 3-Star certifications.
