The investment clocks in at approximately US$836 million. The ultimate aim of this project is to transform the area into a premier global destination for luxury living and investment.

Central Pattana's Central Phuket development will significantly increase the complex's total space, adding a vast culinary hub with international and Michelin-recognized dining, a luxury retail zone with flagship boutiques, a large area dedicated to fashion brands — including Southeast Asia's largest ZARA, and a dedicated attractions zone for entertainment and culture.

For visitors and potential long-term residents, this expansion promises a concentrated hub of world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment previously unavailable outside of major capitals.
