The Trim House by KWK Promes is a single-family residence completed in 2025 in a forested suburb of Vilnius, Lithuania. The project began in 2016, but mid-design planning changes reduced the allowable building footprint by half and repositioned the driveway through the site. In response, the design was revised to a triangular floor plan, reducing the overall area by approximately 40% while adapting to the new site limitations.

The house spans 299 square meters and is constructed from concrete and glass, with a sharp angular geometry defined by the revised layout. The two-level plan is organized around a central patio that brings daylight into the interior. The ground floor contains the main living areas connected to the garden, while the upper level includes bedrooms with access to terraces positioned above the lower volume.
