The KFC Burrito is Now Available in South Africa

While KFC may be known for its Southern-style fried chicken dishes, the chain is now taking inspiration from Mexican cuisine for its new KFC Burrito. Currently available at the chain's South African locations, the new dish provides customers with a unique way to enjoy the KFC's iconic fried chicken tenders.

While new to South Africa, different versions of the KFC Burrito have already been introduced in the UK, New Zealand and Romania. The South Africa version of the dish consists of three crispy chicken Zinger strips combined with kidney beans, seasoned rice, avocado, cheddar cheese and tomato relish. The entire dish is then wrapped in a large tortilla for easy on-the-go snacking.

The addition of the KFC Burrito to more international locations demonstrates the chain's willingness to experiment with its existing dishes in unique ways.
