Instead of squash, this drink uses a different type of fruit to add just the right amount of sweetness to delicious cold brew.

Banana Milk Coffee is a specialty drink served at J+B Design and Cafe. The drink consists of cold brew coffee mixed with milk, simple syrup and banana. The drink is prepared by first blending a very ripe banana with the milk and simple syrup until the fruit is all but dissolved in the mixture. The sweet liquid is then poured over a cup of New Orleans-style cold brew, which is prepared Japanese style.
