The Nendo x Nissin Cup Noodles collaboration produced an unusually artistic commercial for the instant noodle brand.
Instant noodles are commonly known as a type of cheap fast food, but it isn't in the forefront of people's minds when it comes to being a food product of the earth. But Nendo's Oki Sato developed this commercial to put the noodle cups amongst fields of growing wheat, pigs and chickens, which helps to make this connection.
The end of the video displays the text: "Earth Food Creation," which seems a little nonsensical. However, the artful video's placement of the iconic noodle cup beside scenic landscapes and happy animals cleverly helps viewers to make associations between nature and Nissin's instant noodles.
